Some per workouts also include ingredients that help to elevate your mood to keep you motivated and feeling great

What pre workout should I use?

There are a few things to ask yourself when selecting a pre workout. Do you want a stimulant pre workout or do you prefer a non stim? Do you like the tingles (these are from the beta-alanine)? What type of training are you doing. 

While most pre workouts will work for all types of training there are definitely better ones for certain training modalities.
